How information is used

Ride-request information is used only to review your request, contact you, coordinate service, and maintain necessary business records. Submitting a request does not guarantee a ride until the taxi service confirms it.

Sharing

Information may be shared with the taxi service and technology providers needed to process the request. We do not sell personal information.

Security and retention

Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission is completely secure. Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for service and legal purposes.
